👴👵Top Worst Ages 85+ years old counties with sickening Death Rate increase 2400+ points, comparing recent seven year death rate 2013-2019 to prior seven year death rate 2006-2012!!! Why HORRIFIC death rate increase, before covid-19? Was there any over-prescribing here?

What caused this sudden death increase, was there any over-prescribing?  Why wasn't anyone notified of these increases?  Note:  U.S. counties with 85+ year old death rate increase of  more than 2400+ points, before covid-19.
